1. The service
Oxichart provides educational analysis and reviews on trading setups you submit. Reviews are opinions not financial advice, signals, or guarantees.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.
3. Account responsibility
You're responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't resell, redistribute or scrape reviews
- Don't upload illegal, infringing or harmful content
- Don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
- Don't impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
5. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime in your dashboard. Refunds within 7 days of initial purchase per our refund policy.
6. No financial advice
Nothing on Oxichart is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. We are not a broker, dealer or registered advisor. You alone are responsible for your trades.
7. Intellectual property
The site, branding and Oxichart outputs are owned by or licensed to Oxichart. You retain ownership of your submitted charts and notes; you grant us a license to process them to provide the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users. You may close your account at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxichart is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Oxichart is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
